(Rogers Park) - What looks to be domestic in nature, a person has been shot in the 7600 block of North Sheridan, May 1, 2012, around 7:05 p.m. The shooting occurred inside an apartment, and the person was shot in the leg.
The shooter, allegedly a female, held onto the gun until police arrived, and the police took the weapon from the shooter.
Update: A male, 25 years old, has been shot. Details must too much to go on air, as the officer reporting wanted the mobile shut off as he described the scene to dispatch. EMS has been called.
