Positive and Negative loiterers on Morse and Wayne

Positive and negative loiterers meet-up at noon
on May 19, 2012 at Morse and Wayne.

(Rogers Park) - Forget about those lame NATO protesters in the loop. It was a high-noon showdown in the Heart of Rogers Park, May 19, 2012.

In one corner, the southwest corner of Morse and Wayne, the PLs held their ground; standing, sitting and chatting about whatever they stand, sit and chat about.

In the same corner, the southwest corner of Morse and Wayne, were the NLs, pacing back-and-forth, doing their negative loitering thing.

Neither did much jawing at one another. But both groups sure were doing a lot of posturing and loitering. And, that bald guy sitting on the fence looked real menacing, like some criminal you'd see on that TV show being arrested, on COPS.

Wonder if Morse Gyro or Jeff Olsen called 911?
