Traffic and parking advice for Rogers Parkers from the Dalai Lama

Two of the four vehicles
towed this morning on Loyola Ave.
in preparation of his High Holiness
(Rogers Park) - With his high holiness Dalai Lama in Rogers Park, April 26, 2012, those living around Loyola University must find a way to deal with the stress that comes with his visit.

Like lack of parking and traffic congestion issues east of Sheridan Road from Devon to Pratt.

For example, the four cars that got towed from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., in the 1100 block of West Loyola. When you notice your vehicle is missing this morning, think what the Dalai Lama would say.

Here's a quote from the Dalai Lama.
"Find hope in the darkest of days, and focus in the brightest...."
Brighter things are ahead, indeed. When you see that bright orange parking enforcement ticket on your windshield, you can focus on how the heck you're going to pay for it.

For that, we look to one more quote from his holy highness.
"Where ignorance is our master, there is no possibility of real peace..."
