Here we've got a forever in the making "public work's" project, which was to fix the interstructure and cosmetic looks for Lunt Ave., and this one single truck parked where he shouldn't be parking - finds a way to screw the entire project up. This is wrong in so many ways. Prior notice was forewarned in multiple venues.
1) The Alderman sent out email and social network warnings.
2) The tree next to the illegally parked truck has a posted warning sign. They ticketed the damn thing.
3) No other cars were parked on the street, had the driver noticed.
Yet, throughout all these warnings signs, our Lunt Ave. re-paving now seems totally incomplete after nearly a year in the works because of this red truck.
Why? Because our parking enforcement tow vehicle's didn't do its job when they were supose to.
Heck, they tow cars every other chance they get. Why not today? Why not this truck?

So, the pavers worked around this truck - and we'll forever have one unpaved patch of road in the 1200 of west Lunt. How uncool is that?
BLOGNOTES: On the plus side, at least it's not Jim Ginderske's little red truck with Wisconsin plates.
